I ahve seen some people who have natural skin tones, except for their palms, they seem to have a carrot orange tinit to them.

It could possibly be that they are applying a self-tanner, which can turn the palms orange, but not the rest of the skin.
They probably eat a lot of cheetos
The first answer said it all.I initially thought it was from eating and drinking a lot of carrots and carrot juice, but that only affects the fingernails.
