Every now and then when im playing sport my head starts to hurt and start thumping why is this and at the moment im getting it running up the stairs?

Maybe your back is out of line.I'd check if i was you.

Stop drinking that drink for amonth and see. It may be due to hyperactive.

I got this when i was 13, and i was very active too. Iam now 15, and am still vey active, but it has stopped, i eat more friut now and that stopped it from happening, and drink lots of water. just eat your 5 a day and drink the recomeded amount of water. you will be fine.

Thumping means it is like hammering ! It may be because of the high blood pressure and or because of the some arterial stenosis or atresia at that particular site !But if you feel like nausea and vomiting or headache than please consult your doctor for to evaluate the reason ! Always YouRsmE
