It heart yesterday and I had a lot of blood in my left nasal passage. Sinus infection or am I dying?

Get yourself to the doctor. NOW! Tingling could indicate a blood clot (pending or mini-stroke).If it is stroke, the longer you wait, the more damage and less likely your full recovery would occur. GO NOW! Go to the ER.
