Why do you tan faster with moist skin?
Answer:
For the same reason you should wear sunglasses on a cloudy day...almost. The suns rays are magnified by the water, giving your skin more sun exposure. Just like clouds are made out of water, also magnifying the rays and doing more harm than a sunny day.
